This workout is a dynamic fitness program using Latin dance flavor. Come experience the exhilaration of moving your body to the rhythm of the music! This class features easy-to-follow moves in interval training sessions with fast and slow rhythms, stretching, and most importantly FUN! 

At Shape Club we add some Hip-Hop flavor for some more fun! 

             CARDIO 
 

-  Kick/box FIT

A great workout for everyone interested in improving their fitness & stamina. This class is flexible to serve the needs of all students - it will get beginners into shape, it will challenge advanced athletes, & both men & women are welcome! You will have fun, reduce stress, & get an awesome workout. 

 

- Circuit training

Circuit training is a great boredom buster: Moving quickly from one exercise to the next means your mind doesn't have time to wander or tune out. 

 

- Body toning

- Effective exercise that will focus on toning your upper and lower body parts. 

 

MARTIAL ARTS 
 

- Kick-Boxing is a group of stand-up combat sports based on kicking and punching, historically developed from karate,Muay Thai, Taekwondo and Western boxing. 

 

- Krav Maga 

Krav Maga is an effective, modern, and dynamic self-defense and fighting system.  The techniques expand on your natural instincts to develop skills quickly and effectively, while enabling you to address attacks under any scenario.
